  Welcome to Kris Mari Hotel and thank you for choosing Cleopatra Collection Hotels for your holidays.

In the context of compliance with the Greek state’s health protocols we would like to inform you the following:

Front Desk

  • There is an online application available (alternatively) for check in-check out (mobile reception), as well as a web reception service
  • It is possible to check-in outdoor
  • Contactless (with credit card POS) payment of accommodation expenses (acceptance of cash in exceptional cases), emailing bills, invoices and receipts. is recommended
  • Keys are placed in a special container for disinfection.
  • Extension of check-out and check-in between stays (check out until 11.00 am and check in from 15.00 pm).
  • It is forbidden for non-residents to enter the rooms
  • You can contact front desk from your room by dialing -9-.

Floor Services / Housekeeping

According to EODY’s instructions:

  •  Frequent room cleaning during your stay will be avoided.
  • Change on linen (sheets and towels) will take place only at the request of the customer (and not more than twice per week)
  • The front desk will take your requests but will not deliver them on the spot.

Breakfast buffet / Snack & Pool Bar

  • Breakfast is served from 7:30 am until 9:30 am
  • Only authorized personnel Ι (waiter) will be serving breakfast items.
  • Products not purchased by the hotel  is not allowed to be consumed in the hotels public areas (swimming pool, lobby etc)

Swimming pool

  • Swimming pool is open from 10:00 am until 18:00 pm
  • Only 1 person per 5 square meter is allowed in the swimming pool
  • It is suggested to shower before and after using the pool.
